I wanted to write this letter to you regarding our recent installation of the blackout, honeycomb blinds you installed a couple of weeks ago. I want to say thank you for your excellent customer service and attending to the needs of my home when you measured and discussed what I needed for window treatments. I was impressed with your knowledge of the product and also what would work for my master bedroom in keeping in cooler in the summer months. The room is much cooler than what we had originally and it also keeps us from having to turn on the air conditioner just for our room which gets the most amount sun in the morning waking us up from the heat and sunlight. Thank you for the experience in working with you and your company, it was a pleasure and will definitely order more treatments for the future as I have many windows to cover.
